Dr. Claire Mills selected as 2024-25 Magnuson Scholar
May 16, 2024 - Dr. Claire Mills, one of six students in the dual degree DDS/PhD program, has been selected as the UW School of Dentistry’s Magnuson Scholar for the 2024-25 academic year. Award recipients are chosen based on academic performance and research potential.

Students learn the basic health sciences, attain competency in clinical skills, professional and ethical principles, and reasoning and critical decision-making skills that enable implementation of the dental knowledge base. The DDS curriculum extends for 46 months or 16 quarters, including summer quarters.
