@SharkktoothTV @GetSpectrum Monopolies suck so bad and what’s worse is a lot if not all ISPs have some form of “hey ya know this is what your speeds can be there is no guaranteed minimum or you are not guaranteed your internet” so it’s harder to get a form of refund unless you call the right person

Damn @Ask_Spectrum must be the worst internet provider there is in #nyc area. Never had any issues at all with other providers. There’s always at least one outage per week! Called and they just tell you our team is there, EVERYTIME Such bs service it’s 2021 ffs
