  Returning equipment for a friend at @GetSpectrum. Perhaps the worst experience in customer service in years. These people in the Redding branch suck. The way the place is set up is awful.

For me I've been wanting to switch due to all the issues over the years. If I have to call to see what's available then that's the final straw of ask the straws. Lol

  @Ask_Spectrum Thank you for the update however while PG&E Have had multiple power shutdowns not impacting my community Spectrum has gone down 100% of the time. What gives?

  @SharkktoothTV @GetSpectrum Monopolies suck so bad and what’s worse is a lot if not all ISPs have some form of “hey ya know this is what your speeds can be there is no guaranteed minimum or you are not guaranteed your internet” so it’s harder to get a form of refund unless you call the right person
