I’m still gagging I have Spectrum for cell phone service. LOL.

@Ask_Spectrum The service frequently freezes. Varying from every 30 seconds to every few minutes (but always several times an hour), the picture will either freeze frame or go black. The sound sometimes continues out of sync, and sometimes stops as well. Changing channels does not help either

Not sure it is possible to have worse customer service than @GetSpectrum Four hours to transfer service. Nobody answers the phone. Hour long line at the store. Makes the DMV look great.

I have never felt so personally offended by smell. There is a spectrum of bad smells on this plane and I can’t figure out where it’s coming from 🤢

You can make a sound argument for either end of this spectrum that I’m not equipped enough to debate (also a reason why I’d never get into a school like Stuy), but cmon AOC, use your words better. You have a platform, one with a lot of eyeballs on it.

@GetSpectrum is a nightmare. TWC was sh*tty but @Ask_Spectrum is actually worse (it’s possible). They up prices & open new accounts under old addresses & then give attitude & ask for “some appreciation” when they FIX their mistakes. Time to see what @verizonfios has to offer.

@ballmatthew @RuFiOooooh Oh but they do -- the beauty of vMVPDs is you can sign up for Football or Basketball season and cancel -- much much higher churn -- no need to call Spectrum and be on hold for hours and then return equipment

As @GetSpectrum bill goes up to $250+/month without notifying & deducting Cinemax & Epix bc dont want to pay networks extra fees. So @Ask_Spectrum rewards long term customers w/ higher prices & less service. Perfect example of corp greed, monopoly & sub-par service.

Hey @GetSpectrum - it’s ok to cold call people. It’s def not ok to cold call people and when the rep gets asked how they got my phone number to say “it came up on my computer” then proceeded to hang up on me before I could ask to remove me from list. I’ll never be your customer.

@aobrien7 I had the same issue with Spectrum until I started messing around with the modem's broadcast channels to see if congestion was a factor, I'm up well over 200mbps now. Or you could try turning it off and on again 🤪

4 outages in 4 days, all lasted at least 12 hrs. @GetSpectrum is a joke of a company. No ETA on restoring service, no offer to make my bill reflect the lack of service over a holiday weekend, nothing. Any ISP, if you want customers come to the Pee Dee area, we all want

So, internet was out for 17 hrs again yesterday, and surprise surprise, it's been down since 6:30 again tonight. @GetSpectrum is a joke. I've been off for 4 days and my internet has been down for nearly the entire time, but my father who is less than 7 miles away is up.

🤬 4 days and still no internet and no timeline from @GetSpectrum and the app won’t let me log in to chat with them. Yea we had a snow storm in buffalo but we lost internet service before the storm even got bad, still sunny out when it went out! Absolutely the WORST isp!

@Ask_Spectrum @MichaelWhatley7 It’s not the hardware. It’s the service. You don’t need account info. It’s been like this since last Monday. I’ve timed the breaks and on average, it’s a 5 second break every 2.5 mins. Zip code 11372 NYC. I’ll give you my account info when your sending me credits for a bill.
