Can I just turn up?

We do hold tickets on the door, however due to the high demand we recommend that you purchase online to avoid disappointment on the door.

Do you sell Food?

Yes we do, we sell all snacks at super low prices, hot & cold drinks from £1.50, Popcorn from £2.50 and a range of snacks from £1.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink along with you. however we do have a shop at the back of the cinema and our prices are super low.

Can I Order Takeaway Food?

while we are waiting for our american diner to open you are welcome to order from just eat or dominoes

Where are we?

We are located near Woodside ferry terminal, Birkenhead, as you drive into the ferry terminal make a right turn towards the arriva car park, you will see our staff and signs at the main entrance guiding you in the right direction.

Can we get a refund if it rains?

Tickets are non-refundable unless in the rare circ*mstance that we are not able to show the movie due to the weather.

Do you have Toilet facilities?

Yes we have toilets on site that are free to use throughout the duration of the evening.

How much is it per car?

The price is 20 pounds per car. You are welcome to fill your car with up to 5 people and the price is still 20 pounds.

I want to be at the front?

Vehicles are parked on a first come basis so arrive early to park at the front, although the view is perfect from everywhere.

I don't have a car, can i still come?

Yes you can, During the warmer nights we have chairs available for walk-in’s at the front. These are prices at only £5.

It is a special occasion, can i have an announcement?

Yes you certainly can. We love making special announcements over our sound system so simply let a member of staff know or email us directly with your requests and we will be happy to help.

I am a charity wanting to raise funds?

We do our very best to help every charity that contacts us. if you email us with your request we will be happy to help out from free tickets to special evenings. We are proud to say we helped raise money for many charities in our first year around the Wirral.

How do I hear the movie?

Simply tune in your radio to the frequency provided to you on arrival. Sit back and immerse yourself in stunning surround sound and a volume that suits you.

Do you sell alcohol?

No we do not sell alcohol.

How do i get waitress service?

Simply put on your hazard lights and one of our fabulous waitresses will be there super speedy.

I'm in a tall car, can people see from behind me?

This is no problem. we will park the tall cars (people carriers) along the sides of the car park so smaller cars can see and so that you can see over the top of them. you will have a great view. Vans and motor homes will be at the side also or at the back.
