X_T
A file with extension X_T (Parasolid text files) is used by the Parasolid core created by Siemens PLM Software. It is being developed as a standard export format for distributing Parasolid CAD models.
The X_T file is a set of structured data containing information about the features of the model construction, the topology of its structural elements, color scheme, coordinates of drawing primitives, etc.
The X_T extension is unpretentious to adapt and can be exported / imported for use in a wide variety of CAD systems. It is stored in text format and can be exported and imported using a variety of other computer-aided design programs.
X_T files are used instead of the old version of the XMT_TXT and XMP_TXT files, which are less used than X_B (Parasolid binary files), and store the same data, but in binary format.
DAE
DAE is an interactive 3D file format used for exchanging digital assets between various 3D modeling systems and game engines.
The DAE format was created using COLLADA XML architecture, which is an open standard for transmitting digital assets between graphic applications, and now owned and developed by Khronos Group.
The following software can be used to view, alter, and process DAE: Bentley Systems MicroStation, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max with the ColladaMax plugin, and Autodesk Maya with the ColladaMaya plugin.

Batch conversion feature is available in CAD Exchanger Batch (Command Line Interface), a light-weight server-based solution for batch conversions of CAD data in corporate or cloud environments.
For CAD Exchanger Lab, there are two licensing models – perpetual and subscription – which differ in access duration, either perpetual or for 12 months.
There are individual seat licenses which are per user, per seat (and are linked to a fixed MAC address), and team licenses which enable group access, either on a server or within a network domain.
Any license includes access to all formats and all features.
Subscription includes access to all releases within the subscription period. To get access to new versions under the perpetual license, annual maintenance must be purchased additionally.
