I could not be happier to bring you this Greencard NIW approval, as it was such a nail-biter.Argentinian E2 investors in South Carolina for ten years, with three children, including a daughter who was close to aging out. E2 is based on a gelato franchise shop. Expanded the business to also include Empanadas. Solid revenues. NIW with the master's degree in accounting and the project of launching an Empanadas franchise.First filing in July 2023, got a nasty RFE and ended up with a denial, which eliminated the daughter for future filing. We were all heartbroken, as this is a particularly strong case. With immigration, there is always the random chance to have the wrong officer. Refiled on May 24 with Premium Processing, and approved today, just two weeks later. The refiling was of course slightly improved, but frankly, the first file should have been approved. Congratulations to this lovely family, who maintained faith and trust in our services all through these times. And of course, to the outstanding lawyers who turned around this file so quickly and efficiently. So excited to bring you yet another EB2-NIW approval.This time for a Mexican business lady power woman. She got her first E2 visa ten years ago, based on a Spa Wellness Center and renewed five times since. Her US-born son will be three in a couple of weeks, she is a single mom.Excellent reviews of the E2 business, bachelor's degree, many certifications in the industry. EB2-NIW project is a nationwide franchise of the same business, with offers in the fitness, wellness and beauty segment. Very good reference letters and we could build on some existing memberships. Another week, another approval 🥳This Canadian family moved on E2 to Florida in 2013, based on a car transmission and car care franchise. Excellent reviews, doubled revenues over the past five years, vocational degree in the industry, many certifications, very linear career, license to operate, some press and good recognitions and great reference letters.EB2-NIW project is a software app in the industry (won't say more, as the idea is genius).Filed on Feb 2nd, upgraded to Premium Processing once we had the receipts, approved today.Now begins the long wait for the Visa Bulletin to become current.Congratulations to this lovely family and the excellent lawyers, and thank you for trusting us. 💚💕

Delighted to bring you yet another EB2-NIW approval. This French family with three children still lives overseas. He has a master's in business administration and has been a serial entrepreneur since. Many web-based businesses, including a pioneer internet platform in art sales, representing more than 170,000 artists. Outstanding press, Knight of the order of merit nomination by the French President in 2021. EB2-NIW project is to implement the same concept right here in the United States. Excellent reference letters, and perfect execution of all parties involved to build this beautiful case. Sent to USCIS on Feb 27th, 2024, approved today, in just nine days (no premium processing). Happy to report another Green Card approval today. 💚🥳Young adorable French couple (born in 1994), she had very strong academics in Luxury and Communication, master's degree, worked also at Chanel, and cofounded a digital marketing agency in France in 2018. Couple of awards and recognitions, press, great recommendation letters, memberships. EB2-NIW project is to build a digital marketing academy for the hospitality industry. Filed on January 11, 2024, upgraded to premium processing on January 31st, approved today.Congratulations to these lovely clients and the wonderful lawyers who made this possible. What a team we make.

Sorry that I am soo late in keeping you updated on four new approvals. Will give all details for individual cases in the comments below, it's been incredible. - One was a refiling after a denial, got approved immediately, without RFE. Now we are at 8 approvals of the total 15 denials we had, and still working on five to refile. Two denials are unfortunately not recuperable, do note that they had prior infractions. - Three others were brand new cases, all approved without any RFE.So proud of our lawyers, they are really great, and of course of our L&F team, we have set up something exceptional.

And coming to you with yet another approval.This British family is under E2 in Florida since 2018. We started right after their renewal. EB2-NIW project was based on the professional experience back in the UK, in road and truck operations. Many certifications, success and associations then and there. E2 project was in another field, so didn't use that part. Now building a franchise in the transportation of specific goods here in the USA.Filed in Texas on Oct 17, 2023, upgraded a couple weeks later to Premium Processing, approved yesterday. Now waiting for the Visa Bulletin to become current.Congratulations to this lovely family (two children, 17 and 12 years old), now building their future here. And a big shoutout to the excellent lawyers on this file. ✨💚🎉
